Health-Care VICTORY

BETTER MEDICAL CARE AT LOWER PATIENT COST

The elderly are the fastest-growing population in the United States, a situation that will not reverse itself any time soon. People are living longer. With long life comes illness and injury.

With World War II and Korea veterans now in their 70s and older, and with a generation of Baby Boomers beginning to retire, never before has there been such pressure to find new ways to deliver top-quality, affordable medical care to those disabled by age or illness.

Now There Is VICTORY

The Victory Systemä: Providing health-care institutions with brand new technology that raises the quality and cuts the cost of health-care delivery to the disabled.

In 2008, 767 nurses in 36 hospitals in 15 states participated in a time/motion study that disclosed a significant amount of their time each shift was consumed by “nursing-related activities” not tied to direct patient care, including tasks such as adjusting patients’ television sets, beds, lights, thermostats and other environmental controls. Less than 25 percent of the nurses’ time was available for direct patient care.

•                The Victory System allows the disabled to more for themselves, freeing up the time health-care professionals need to deal with patient medical issues and turn “nursing-related activities” into direct patient care, thereby increasing the quality of the care provided.

•                The Victory Systems offers efficiencies that allow smaller staffs to spend more time collectively on delivering improved medical care while controlling or even reducing institutional costs.

•                The Victory System will eventually pay for itself, but even that will come more quickly once the devices have received federal and state approval for Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. The approvals are in process.

It is the goal of every medical institution to offer patients the best possible medical care, and The Victory System helps deliver on that promise.

Victory is now within everyone’s reach.
